1.In the main window, click on the "Property" button. Then, select the property where you want to create a booking (see example below).
2. In the opened window, click on the "Create Booking" button (see example below).
3. In the new window, select "Standard" in the "Type" field. Then, in the "Phone Number" field, enter the contact number of the tenant for whom you are creating the booking. Also, select the dates on the calendar for which you want to book the property (see step-by-step example below).
3.1 Scroll down the page, and you can change the tenant's check-in/check-out times. To create a booking with a contract, click on the "Additional Settings" button, select "With Contract." In this section, you can also choose "Simplified" and "Verification." (By default, the program includes "With Contract" and "Online Payment"). In the "Comment" field, you can record information about the apartment or the client. After filling in all the details, click the "Send" button (see example below).
4.Next, to send the booking with the contract, you will need to click the "Send Message" button. After reading the warning, click the "Send Message" button again, and choose one of the available methods for sending SMS or WhatsApp.
5. After the client signs the contract, you will need to accept the payment (see example below).
6. Then, click the "Issue Key" button, and to create the key, click on the icon (see example below).
