Creating a Booking Without a Contract (Создание бронирования без договора)

1.In the main window, click on the "Property" button. Then, select the property where you want to create a booking (see example below).

2. In the opened window, click on the "Create Booking" button (see example below).

3. In the new window, select "Standard" in the "Type" field. Then, in the "Phone Number" field, enter the contact number of the tenant for whom you are creating the booking. Also, select the dates on the calendar for which you want to book the property (see step-by-step example below).

3.1 Scroll down the page to change the check-in/check-out times for the tenant. By clicking on the "Additional Settings" button, you can select the following booking options:

- Change Price

In the "Comment" field, you can record information about the apartment or the client. After filling in all the details, click the "Send" button (see example below).

4. If you remove all parameters in the "Additional Settings" section (by default, the program includes "With Contract" and "Online Payment"),a new window will open where you need to confirm the payment by clicking the "Payment" button.You will receive a notification confirming the payment (see example below).

5. After confirming the payment, you need to create an electronic key by clicking the "Key" button. After reading the warning, click the "Key" button again (see example below).

5.1You can then send the electronic key via SMS or WhatsApp by clicking on the white WhatsApp icon. The booking is now complete (see example below).
