Creating a Simplified Lease Agreement (Создание упрощенного договора аренды)

1. In the main window, tap on "Properties" and select the property for which you want to create a booking (see example below).

2. In the opened window, tap on "Create Booking" (see example below).

3. In the new window, under "Type," select "Normal" Enter the tenant's contact number in the "Phone Number" field, and select the dates for the booking on the calendar (see example below).

3.1 To create a booking with a simplified lease agreement, tap on "Additional Settings" and choose "With Contract" (by default, the program includes "With Contract" and "Online Payment" options). Select "Simplified" from the list, then fill in your client's details as shown in the example below. After completing all the parameters, tap on "Send."

4. To send the booking with the lease agreement, tap on "Send Message." After reviewing the warning, tap on "Send Message" again, and choose one of the provided methods for sending: SMS or WhatsApp.
