Booking with/without Online Payments (Бронирование с/без онлайн-платежей)

1. In the main window, click on the "Properties" button. Then select the property where you want to create a booking (see example below).

2. In the opened window, click on the "Create Booking" button (see example below).

3. In the new window, under the "Type" field, select "Normal" Then, in the "Phone Number" field, enter the contact number of the tenant for whom you are creating the booking. Also, select the dates on the calendar for which you want to book the property (see example below, step by step).

3.1 Click on the "Additional" button to change the online payment settings.

To enable/disable online payment, click on the square to the left of "With Online Payment."

- If the square is unchecked, the booking is without online payment.

- If the square is checked, the booking is with online payment.

Next, click on the "SEND" button.

4. If you have removed all options under the "Additional Settings" section (by default, the program has "With Contract" and "Online Payment" selected), in the newly opened window, you will need to confirm the payment by clicking the "Payment" button, where you will receive a notification confirming the receipt of the payment (see example below).

5. After confirming the payment, you need to create an electronic key by clicking the "Pincode" button. After reading the warning, click the "Pincode" button again (see example below).

5.1 You can then send the electronic key via SMS or WhatsApp by clicking the button. Booking creation is complete (see example below).
