Synchronizing the lock with the ApartX application ensures that the rental time matches the selected region or country. For optimal lock performance, check the lock's date and time to ensure it aligns with the local time in the region or country where you are renting the property. Before starting the time synchronization process, go to the "Date and Time" settings on your phone and select "Use network-provided time" (see example below).
1. In the main window, click on the "Property" button. Then select the property for which you want to synchronize the time (see example below).
2. You will then be taken to the property's main window. Click on the "INFO" button (see example below).
3. In the "Lock" section, click on the "Synchronize time" button. You will receive a notification confirming the successful synchronization. Time synchronization is complete (see example below).
