How to Pay for a Subscription (Как оплатить подписку)

1. In the main menu of the ApartX app, tap on the "Add Property" button. Fill out all the necessary fields in this section.

2. After you have filled out the apartment details, you can proceed to the rate selection page by tapping on one of the following buttons: "Subscribe," "Continue" (see the example below).

3. In the opened window, choose the rate that suits you:

- **"Start" Rate**: Allows you to use electronic contract signing with your clients.

- **"Pro" Rate**: Includes electronic contract signing, access to the "Statistics" section, and the ability to link your purchased lock to the apartment.

- **"Rental" Rate**: Applies if you are renting a lock from one of ApartX's partners. This includes all features of the "Pro" rate. The "Rental" rate can only be paid if the rental lock is linked to the apartment. To apply for a rental lock for a new apartment, tap on the "Rental" rate and confirm the application. A manager will contact you.

- **Important**: When paying for the "Start" and "Pro" rates, they are tied to the apartments they were purchased for and cannot be transferred between apartments.

- **Important**: When paying for the "Rental" rate, the rate is tied to the rented lock. The rented lock can be attached to any of your apartments. If you attach the rented lock to an apartment with another rate, the previous rate remains unchanged. To use the previous rate again, you need to detach the rented lock.

- You can purchase rates on a monthly or yearly basis. Switch the toggle to select the duration, as shown in the illustration below. To purchase the subscription, tap "Activate Subscription."

4. After confirming the subscription payment, if you do not have sufficient funds in your "Wallet," a payment window will appear. You can save your card for quick subscription payments. Card details are not stored on ApartX servers and are protected by a certified payment gateway. After topping up the balance, the subscription will be automatically renewed. Funds are **not automatically deducted** monthly.
