How to Transfer a Lock as a Landlord (Передача замка как арендодатель)

1. After ApartX has transferred locks to you via the acceptance act, you can check the number of locks in the "Locks" section (see the image below).

2. In the window that appears, select the lock you want to transfer to the landlord (see the example below).

3. In the next window, enter the landlord's contact in the "Agent Phone Number" field (enter the phone number with +7), and then select the landlord from the list that appears. The landlord must be registered in our system and have completed identity verification.

   To transfer the lock, check the box. Finally, click the "Send" button (see the example below).

4. The landlord must then accept the lock on their side by signing the acceptance act. After the transfer, you should receive a notification via Telegram confirming the successful transfer of the lock.
