Identity Verification through Settings (Подтверждение личности через настройки)

1. In the ApartX app, click on the "Settings" button, then select "Profile" (see example below).

In the pop-up window, click on the "ApartX ID" button.In the next window, click on the "Basic" button (see example below).

2.Next, in the window that opens, click on the "Start" button.You will then need to select whether you are a resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan.For nonresidents, the oldverification method remains (see example below). The old method of adding non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan remains under sections 2.1/2.2.  

 
  2.1.In the next window, you will need to either "Upload" or "Take a photo" of the front and back sides of the document you previously selected. After uploading the documents, click the "Next" button in the lower left corner of the app (see example below).  

2.1.1 You will also need to take a selfie by clicking on the "Take a photo" button to accurately confirm your identity. To continue the identity verification process, click the "Next" button (see example below).

2.2In the following window, you will need to fill out a form and then click the "Submit" button. Our system automatically populates data from the uploaded documents, but for greater accuracy, please double-check the information yourself (see example below).  

 3. When selecting the option for residents of Kazakhstan, you will be redirected to the biometric identity verification page from Egov. You will need to look into your smartphone camera, enter your phone number and IIN. The rest of the data for this process will be pulled from the Egov system and filled in automatically. The verification is protected by the Republic of Kazakhstan, so there is no need to worry about data leakage or unauthorized access. It is essential to enter the phone number that is linked to Egov.  

3.1Next, you will receive an SMS with a confirmation code to grant access to your "Identity Document." Enter the received code (see example below). Verification is complete.
