Identity Verification for Contract Signing (Верификация личности)

1. After receiving the link for property booking, click on it to begin the registration process. 2. Once registered, click the "Proceed" button in the open window, then click "Next" to start identity verification (see example below).

3. In the next window, choose whether you are a resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan. *Non-residents will continue with the existing verification method (see example below). Follow the steps under sections 3.1/3.2 for non-residents of Kazakhstan.

   3.1. In the window that opens, you will need to "Upload" or "Take a Photo" of the front and back of the document you selected earlier. After uploading the documents, click the "Next" button in the bottom left corner of the application (see example below).

   3.1.1. You'll also need to take a selfie by clicking "Take a Photo" to accurately verify your identity. To continue, click "Next" (see example below).

   3.2. Fill out the form in the next window and then click "Submit." *Our system automatically fills in data from the uploaded documents, but please double-check the information for accuracy (see example below).

4. If you choose the option for residents of Kazakhstan, you will proceed to the biometric verification page via Egov. You'll need to look into your smartphone camera, enter your phone number and IIN, and the rest of the information will be automatically pulled from the Egov system. The verification is secured by the Republic of Kazakhstan, so there's no need to worry about data leaks. Make sure to use the phone number registered with Egov.

   4.1. You will receive an SMS with a verification code to grant access to your "Identity Document." Enter the code you received (see example below). Verification is complete.

5. After completing all the required information, you will be directed to the contract signing page between you and the landlord. Click on "Sign" to open a window where you can review the rental agreement by clicking on the "Rental Agreement" title. To sign the contract, check the box and click the active "Sign" button. Identity verification and contract signing are now complete.
